I'm So Vain (I Probably Think This Blog Is About Me)

Hi, friends!

It's the night before Thanksgiving, and after much musing and many minutes on my boyfriend's phone plan wasted on my rambling, I've decided to open up this blog.

You see, I'm 22 (not just feeling it. I am. Twenty-two.), charmingly broke (thanks to student loans), quirky-cute, and have early onset carpal tunnel (so a handwritten diary is a no-go). I enjoy having fun with my friends, I pet every dog I see on the street, and I have a girl-crush on Jennifer Lawrence like the rest of the Internet. I work in public relations, and I have the required Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I even have a website for my photography business. But I'm not really That Person -- you know, the one who posts her every thought on Facebook, or shares pretty much EVERYTHING she thinks or likes, cluttering your newsfeed (when all you really want to see is pictures of cats).

I want to share interesting facts about myself. I want to say what I am thankful for. I want to give my thoughts on foreign policy. I just leave it off Facebook. (You're welcome, world)

WHERE I LIVE

Hint: it's always sunny. I don't surf to work. But I do work with beautiful people. Now think further north to where civil rights is more than just a chapter in a history book and the future of all technology is in the hands of the same guys sitting next to me at Starbucks.
